1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3. Eligibility

Use of the 7u71 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register player accounts.

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on 7u71 or on any other gambling platform where such an exclusion is recognised.

7u71 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 7u71 at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by any individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify 7u71 of any changes by updating your account settings or contacting our support team.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure. Any balance held in an account closed for this reason will be forfeited. 7u71 will not be liable for any losses arising from registration errors made by the player.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

7u71 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time 7u71 deems it necessary, you will be required to provide one or more of the following verification documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. 7u71 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposit transactions are typically credited to your 7u71 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

7u71 accepts funds only from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit. This same-method policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount; however, large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification checks.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval; Rocket and Upay within 30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business days. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

7u71 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are outside of 7u71's control and are the player's responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed once the full KYC verification process has been completed. Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied their applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not be included in any withdrawal payout.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7u71 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are tracked separately from real money funds in your account balance.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.

In the case of sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, markets will be settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. 7u71 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error, a technical fault, or any other event that renders a bet invalid under the applicable market rules.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to interact with the 7u71 platform or to gain an advantage in any game.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses, free bets, or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including through systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback dispute after funds have been deposited and used for wagering, without a legitimate basis for the dispute.

In all cases, 7u71's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the amount of real money funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy & Data

In the event of account closure for breach of these terms, any balance comprising bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real money funds that were deposited legitimately and are not implicated in any breach may be returned at 7u71's discretion following investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of KYC verification.

15. Amendments to Terms
